1. Project Cancellation by the Client

  • If the client chooses to cancel a project before work has begun, a full refund of any deposit paid will be issued.

  • If the client cancels the project after work has started, the client will be charged for work completed up to the date of cancellation. Any remaining balance from the initial deposit will be refunded.

  • No refunds will be provided once a project has been completed and delivered.

2. Project Cancellation by Himel Digital Limited

  • We reserve the right to cancel a project at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or breach of terms by the client. In such cases, we will refund any unearned portion of the deposit.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refund requests must be made in writing and sent to [email protected].

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval.

  • No refunds are issued for services already rendered, including time spent, consultations, or delivered materials.

4. Non-Refundable Services

  • Domain registration, hosting, third-party plugin purchases, and software licenses are non-refundable as these are managed by external providers.

5. Payment Disputes

  • If there is any dispute regarding payments, the client must notify us within 7 days of receiving an invoice or delivery.
